In a beautiful setting of the summer scene of “Dolni Saraj” in Ohrid, in the presence of numerous Ohrid citizens and guests, admirers, supporters of the activities of the Red Cross Ohrid, yesterday, the 80th anniversary of the founding and continuous operation of the Red Cross of Ohrid was worthily marked.
With great emotions and excitement the role and contribution of all those who were and are part of the 8-decade journey of the Ohrid Red Cross was highlighted and tributes were paid to the founders, the volunteers, employees, the associates, supporters, donors, institutions and to generations of Ohrid citizens who selflessly donated their time, heart and\n energy and with their trust and cooperation they have made and are making the work of the Ohrid Red Cross possible…

Inspired by the past and motivated for the future, we can create new generations of volunteers and build a community in which we care for each other while staying true to the mission – man first.”
Charity also supported the implementation of the – International Amateur Theater Festival, which has been held in Ohrid for 10 years every June with young volunteers actors from Red Cross organizations of Subotica, Kragujevac, Uzice, Bar and Trebinje.
Youth-volunteer-actors of the Red Cross have defiled through the stage, and together created the space for dialogue, tolerance and understanding, companionship, love, faith and hope.
