We’re pleased to have received this message from Red Cross OHRID, Macedonia for the support CCHR provided for their YOUTH DAY program held October 2021.
“Youth, humanity and positive energy were spread by the young volunteers of the Red Cross Ohrid, from the plateau in front of the Cultural Center “Grigor Prlichev”, where with wonderful company, many educational and creative content and lots of fun they celebrated the Youth Day (03.10.2021). “OUR STORY CONTINUES” was the motto of this event, which attracted many visitors, especially the youth of our city who took the opportunity to be informed about the activities of Red Cross Ohrid and become members and volunteers of the Youth Club of Red Cross Ohrid. Some of our volunteers expressed their talent by drawing graffiti on one of the walls of the Cultural Center, some had fun playing creative games, some of them animated the youngest passers-by and their parents so they can be part of the photo booth session, and all participated in the dance workshop. The message of the young people of the Red Cross Ohrid to all our fellow citizens and to their peers was unanimous and strong, to join the great humane family of the Red Cross where in the most efficient and useful way they can nurture humanity, solidarity and nobility and develop in high moral figures.
